Shipping

Please allow 3 to 5 days for your guitar to ship. We need this time to re-inspect your instrument and to make sure it is setup to our standards.

Each guitar ships in an instrument shipping system that protects your instrument from damage. We also include a gig bag to further protect it.

We currently ship via USPS to the United States and Canada. Other shipping methods like UPS and FedEx will be added in the future.

If you have any special shipping instructions please include these in the Order Notes section of the Check Out page.

Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
